Or how about the time you were really down and some good news completely flipped your mood? Where did that energy come from? Was it from them or from you?

How many of you have heard a rock band play before?

I know it seems off topic but hear me out - there are Sympathetic Resonances or Vibrations and they are happening all around us all the time. If you’ve spent any time in a rock band you’ll notice that sometimes a note will resonate with a part of the drum kit and cause it to HUM and even the snare to rattle almost out of control. In fact, if you amplified the sound you’d RIP the drum head in half with JUST SOUND.

What gives you energy resonates with you in a harmonious way, and what drains you resonates in a dissonant destructive way.
There was a bridge in Washington that one day developed a vibration that built and built until the bridge FELL! It collapsed and it all began with a simple breeze and a small vibration. Pay attention to what drains you and what BUILDS YOU. This is a skill that EVERYONE that wants to be successful needs to master.

It’s not just macro it’s micro too - you may not be the person to do the accounting, the marketing, or the logo design: THAT’S OK!! & this isn’t Follow Your Bliss or Avoid Hard Work NO this is DO THE HARD WORK on your DREAM and Build Yourself UP as you do it!

Your new life is BUILT out of consistent choices of integrity & because of that you believe in yourself, your mission, & the regenerative power of Nature… and you see all the options, the abundance, the health, and you are so grateful that you decided today to make a change.

BUT…

If you let time in, if you let your guard down, if you take a break, rest, sit one out… TIME SLIPS IN… and you age, my children are growing up before my eyes, and WE HOMESCHOOL - I’ve been there the ENTIRE TIME - I don’t know how other folks deal with it: it’s maddening, the days just tick off one by one, there goes your dream, there goes your backup dream, there goes your ability to dream, and then there goes your drive and you’ve only got a little while left and then there goes your life.
